Refresher Lessons
A refresher lesson is given to someone who has passed their driving test and holds a full licence.
There are many reasons why people need to take a refresher course, ranging from re-learning to drive, to learning to school run or the route to work, or to build up confidence after an unpleasant experience, for example a traffic accident.
Our instructors are specially trained to deal with these requirements sympathetically, tailoring the lessons to the individual need.

Motorway Lessons

Especially designed for drivers who have had little or no experience of motorway driving.
Because of the content of the lesson and distances covered they are usually 2 hours long. If a pupil has a particular destination in mind, e.g. from Newcastle to Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester, etc., this can be arranged.
The lessons include:

  • Recognition of road signs and markings
  • Joining and leaving motorways
  • Overtaking
  • Separation distances
  • Forward planning
  • Weather conditions

Thank you for taking the time to read this and we hope this helps you to understand more about becoming a safe driver and we wish you the best of luck with your course of driving lessons and driving tests
